Parent Update

TZ Parents/Families,

It has been a great first full week of school at TZ! Thank you for sending students prepared and ready for learning. I wanted to share a few updates with you.

PTO Ice Cream Social Rescheduled

Unfortunately, the weather was not conducive to a picnic on our original date, so a new date has been confirmed. All planned activities will now take place on Thursday, August 20. We hope to see you on the playground!

PTO Fundraiser Update

An error was found in the pricing information for the popcorn fundraiser. The correct price for all popcorn is $20.
Orders are due Monday, August 24, 2026.
Thank you for supporting our PTO and the many opportunities it provides for our students and staff.

Student House Shirts

Teachers are currently gathering student shirt sizes. Shirts, purchased by the TZ PTO, will be ordered soon, and we hope to have them distributed to students within the next few weeks.
We are excited for every student to be able to show their House pride!

Volunteers

If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering at TZ, we would love to hear from you! We have a variety of opportunities available, and we truly value having parents, family members, and community members involved in our school.

A background check is required for volunteers. The process is simple and only requires a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID when you arrive at the school.
