Parent/Family Update

Dear Parents/Families,

January certainly has provided an interesting array of weather. We appreciate your support with weather-related closures, e-learning, and delay days. Hopefully we will start to see warmer weather soon.

Because of the weather, we are postponing McTeacher Night. Stay tuned for a new date.

Although February is a short month, we have many events scheduled.
  • GCSC Career Week, Feb. 2 - 6
  • PTO Meeting at TZ Feb. 2 at 4:30
  • Valentine's Day Parties, Feb. 13 in the afternoon
  • PTO Book Fair, Feb. 23 - 27 with family night on Thursday, Feb. 26
  • PTO Fundraiser Kick Off, Feb. 24

Don't forget, school is scheduled to be in session on Presidents' Day, Feb. 16 as a make up day.

In addition to these events, It is also time to start getting organized for our annual Puttin' On The Hits lip-synch show. Information on registration of teams is included in this newsletter. Thanks to Erin O'Hair for organizing this popular event!
